You bought land from us, which means two things. One, you have excellent taste in dirt. Two, I now get to ask you for a small favor.

Most of these questions are open on purpose: I'd rather hear things in your words than put words in your mouth. It takes about ten minutes, less if you're brisk, longer if you get to storytelling. Your answers help me figure out what we're doing right, what needs fixing, and which stories deserve a spot in The Dirt, our monthly newsletter (only ever with your permission).

Now, the trade. Answer every question, all twenty-five of them, and I'll take $25 off that month's payment. No code, no hoops, I'll handle it once your answers come in. And yes, “nothing” and “not sure yet” count as answers. Honesty counts double. I've been told I can take it.
